Almost exactly what I expected - the surprise was Kane, although I hoped he would play as I reckon he has his eye on the 'scoring in every round' tag

They have got over 6 days before the next game, so makes sense, also sends out a message that we are taking the cup seriously this year

I hope we don’t destroy them.

They are a fantastic club. Started from nothing after the old Crazy Gang moved to Milton Keynes and within years time they are now in League One (they are in the relegation zone atm but still).

I have so many respect for the people of AFC Wimbledon. Of course I want us to win easily but still.

Looks like a 4-4-2 to me, with Kane just off and behind Llorente.
I'm all for Poch testing out new formations. Will only do him and us good as it will help us figure out how to unlock low lying defenses like the spam

Fuck that shit.. Lets destroy, embarrass and send em home in tears. 6-0 or Poch out.

Can only imagine it's just to get kane fitter and sharper and he'd be off at half time. Guess it's better he starts and comes off as opposed to coming on because it's 0-0 or because we are losing...

Would you have rested Kane if we had Swansea at home today instead?

Probably not.

We haven't got another game for about 6 days. That's plenty of rest for a top athlete being paid 100,000+ a week.

No winks. The injury story must be true. Surprised Sanchez not playing ahead of Vertonghen but perhaps he wanted someone experienced. GKN cannot get into the team for this match!
