This for me is the real issue.

Something very wrong seems to be going on behind the scenes. Maybe Danny is fed up pretending everything is happy families. Seems like very few want to be there anymore and then there's those being told they are not wanted there anymore - that can't make for a good workplace.

Personally I'm not fussed about what Danny or anyone else says in the media as long as they aren't slagging off the club when it's not justified and that they're getting the job done on the pitch. For me, while Danny hasn't been been playing his best, he's still been putting in his shift and looks like he's trying.

Also contracts work both ways - why shouldn't he expect to fulfill the contract that both parties signed?

Thank you, I've spent hours on here today arguing with people and you've just put exactly my point( and yours, obviously) into a single, simply stated paragraph...you are my hero. I still think the abuse Danny gets on here is bang out of order though, thanks again Cactusman ( Username fucked up dude) haha

On totally different subject I'm doing mastermind in work tmrw specialist subject Public Enemy ( seriously not Danny again) anyone got any nuggets or tips? All help gratefully received....serious shout out for help!!

Free country, though. If I think someone is a cunt, in my opinion, I am entitled to say it. You can think that makes me a cunt, and that is your right. But I don’t give a fuck what people think.

Going the media, almost every international break and chatting shit about your employer is NOT good form. If he hates it, why stay? So he can get the big signing on fee with the new folks and stuff us for a transfer fee. That is cuntish.

Last one for today..I swear bruv...but I've re-read the interviews in a couple times and I still can't see where he's slays off his contract...Levy says no new contract....Danny says ok I'm gonna stay til my contract runs out. Maybe they did have bids and Poch but the kybosh on em. We'll never know, but where the fuck does he slag off his contract or any member of the club, management or players.

I do find it upsetting to see a player discuss his situation inside the club with the media. I find it difficult however to criticise any player that does this because Poch has set the precedent.

The number of times he's come out with ill advised statements about internal meetings, dinner invitations, his personal thoughts about his future, players required to rebuild etc etc.

Rose is effectively saying his future at the club relies on a change of manager as he doesn't fit into Poch's plans. I totally agree that he is bang out of order in going public with the news but the manager can hardly complain. He does exactly the same.

So much internal unrest now that is obviously spilling onto the pitch. If we lose at West Ham I shall take it as clear indication the manager has lost the dressing room and needs to go.

I seriously doubt though that Rose would be on any new manager's 'retain' list in which case his time may be up sooner than in 18 months.
