Also intrigued by this. I am definitely going to miss it when Woolwich come to town because I used to LOVE that pinch-point by the old ticket office where the police are ushering them in.
Park lane corner was epic. I think things will be worse now because they will have to go the whole way round the stadium. Feel sorry for people with families next to that mob.

MATCHDAY GUIDE
We look forward to welcoming you to Saturday’s Premier League clash with West Ham United, kick-off 12.30pm.

Please take the time to read this email. There is NEW match-specific information in every matchday guide; it contains everything you need to know ahead of attending tomorrow.

Turnstiles will open two and a half hours before kick-off for this match (10am).
Fan reminder – Derby arrangements

Local derby matches are always passionate affairs and we know supporters will want to play their part on these occasions by getting behind the team in a positive way and making them memorable for the right reasons.

There will be a police presence outside the stadium and a lower profile presence inside the stadium. It’s a busy weekend in London for the Met and officers may well be deployed across several events during the course of the day and have to be ready and prepared for all of them. For this reason, some will be wearing protective equipment.

High definition CCTV will also be in operation across the stadium campus.

The Club does not tolerate abusive, offensive or discriminative behaviour of any sort and both the police and ourselves will take action against anyone behaving in this way. Please report any such behaviour to the Club via a steward or, alternatively, you can message us confidentially on 07537 404821.

It is better for us to monitor the problem at the time, so we ask that you raise any issues with us as soon as they happen in order for us to deal with them promptly.

Our fans generate a fantastic, positive atmosphere and we hope everyone continues to focus their energies on cheering the team on tomorrow.

Gate 12

Following planning meetings with all relevant authorities we are notifying ticket holders who normally access the stadium via Gate 12 to access via Gate 18 for this fixture.

We would strongly advise that ticket holders access Gate 18 from the Park Lane / Worcester Avenue junction, particularly as visiting supporters will be accessing the stadium from the north side.

As this is a London derby, there will be an increased police and security presence and so we ask that you assist our stewarding teams by arriving early to ensure an easy and quick entry. Turnstiles will open at 10am.

Do we think they'll bring them in Northumberland Park and through the school or WHL and across the high road?
All there stone island & cp co barmies and no Foreskin singing lot will congregate at liverpool st pubs as per norm so certain of an escort ...already know plod will insist on them using Northumberland park station.

I have to admit that I typically enjoy this game more in recent years since Woolwich also became shit. I think it's because it does seem to matter to West Ham fans, they really really care about this match, the idea of beating us is their reward for another pointless season as an inferior also-ran. The phrase that comes to mind when I think of West Ham is "aw, bless" because they try so hard but are also so shit. At least they give us a proper game though, that's what football should be about. It would be nice to dismantle them for a laugh really, but I can't see how you motivate our players for this when they have their mind on a CL semi-final in 3 days' time. Tough one for Poch. I'd honestly be happy with a win of any kind and even a draw would not upset me too much given this game will be out of mind almost immediately.

That's my Gate. Bloody Spammers, inconveniencing me by making me walk further. Grrr!

Oh is Spammers allowed? If not what insult are we allowed to use?

Not sure about that. It's become Woolwich's World Cup Final to play us in recent seasons. But I get the sense West Ham fans are coming to terms with the fact that the distance between the clubs has become an unbridgeable gulf due to the respective decisions of both clubs' hierarchies, and there's no hope of that situation changing. No Hope. None.
