No chance Cavani is going to Liverpool.
Apparently Falcao's people have been meeting too. Surely they can't have that sort of money available still?

Swansea's Chico Flores, who is still only 27 and a decent premier league center back, has moved to Qatar to join Laudrup's new club.
How ambitious.
Reading online that scum are after Kostas Manolas, would be gutted if they got him. If we don't sign Musacchio we should go in for him.
Anyone keeping count of the number of transfers coming in at Anfield?
9 ,or if our south american goalie went there too then 10
Not "doing a Tottenham" officially now, they are doing a Barry Fry
Lallana, Lambert, Origi, Can, Lovren, Moreno, Manquillo, Markovic, Stewart and Vigouroux, the two last ones from us. They probably aren't finished either...but when you look at the above the quality isn't frightening. Lallana is very good - and Markovic could be, but most are...meh.

the 3rd party ownership gets me but they do play a part in getting players noticed and out of poor countries

Imo Cavani and Falcao have been pretty much priced out of any move by the wages they are being paid
of course Liverpool, Woolwich, etc are interested - but not in paying £300k a week after tax
Yes, because players are never known to have lowered their wage demands when moving to another clubImo Cavani and Falcao have been pretty much priced out of any move by the wages they are being paid

Your 300k after tax is a guesstimate at best - are you saying they're being paid 600k+/week? LOL.They don't in general - the selling club might subsidise the wages, but players hardly ever accept reduced wages unless they are getting a longer contract to make up for it.
Falcao and Cavani only signed last summer..........no way they will more than halve their wages to move to Liverpool or Woolwich
