The only thing I don't like about this is the altitude. Call me a worry wart, but I don't want the guys to come here and train/play in the Denver altitude.
Why not? Altitude training is supposed to be good for you no?
After altitude training they should head down to Miami for high intensity heat training. Thats how you make veal cake evolve into beef cake.
For a one off game I'd rather them go to a city, train for a couple of days, play the game and go back to England. If they don't get proper altitude training and play the game those players can have serious problems.
And no offense to the training staff, but what do they know about altitude training, right?
Well they are professionals so you'd expect them to be clued up. Who knows. Depends how long we will be there in the end, doubt we'll fly straight in and out just for the game.
No wonder Tim Sherwood couldn't control the players - he didn't have all the training badges.
Absolute nonsense...I say after we send the squad to Colorado for altitude training, we go to Florida for heat/humidity training. After that's complete, we send them to King Kai's Planet so we can finally reach our final form.

I live in Florida right now. Me and a couple buddies are using the game to make a road trip and stopping through New Orleans and Dallas on the way to Colorado.
because heat training in Florida really worked for Roy Hodgson at the previous world cup??
I think I might be going to this. Denver is quite a ways from me but have some friends there so why not? Should be too much fun to miss!
I've never been but I heard Denver/CO rules. I'd love to go one day.
