You can see most mangers would love him, he works hard, h is relentless massive engine from minute 1 to minute 90 ... Just the way he is you can see he would be a hard trainer and it comes across in the training vids put that together with his passion on pitch and smiley upbeat nature off pitch in the videos put out by the club .
