There's no way sanchez intentionally elbowed him. He clearly doesn't pull his arm back, just merely sticks it out to hold off the player, unfortunately the watford guy went into his arm head-first rather than chest-first and dropped like a fly without wings. Football really is despicable sometimes with all of the acting, makes it so hard to watch as it's blatant cheating.
