I think it's just the spurs font for the home shirt in the Champions League. Like you, I'd enjoy us wearing it in domestic cups.

Don't see any reason why we can't - here, for example, is Man City wearing their personalised font when smashing West Ham in the FA Cup last season:

So this kit is basically only needed when we play Real Madrid if we don't make it past the group stages? Even then the only team I can thing we'd need to wear the away kit against would be the likes of Juventus where our normal away kit would have been sufficient enough to have been worn. Bit of a poxy kit then and a complete waste of time even if it is a nice looking one

I had a ford escort mk4 I think? It was dark aubergine,looked black in dull and wet days which in Scotland is every other fecking day! Anyway in the sun it caught it's right colour, dark aubergine beautiful colour but a cunt to keep clean!
