Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I know its just youtube HL but he does have quality in his passes.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but LOL at the failed bicycle kick they are calling a pass at 1:30.

:contelol:

Edit:
And a couple of the deflections that worked out okay in the end...

and a couple of passes where he was wide open....and he just played a ball across the middle.

that said....there are some incredible passes in there.

So i read that they took 2 players off of every K league team and had one practice session.

They did really well against us. Lucky to not have awarded 2 penalties. The 2 players called Jo and Yang were really good.

I've got a feeling that long after Son retires/leaves Spurs, there will be a nice hard core following in South Korea. I was a bit cynical when I heard about this tour but you can really see what it means to them.

Like the pod mentioned, loved the atmosphere of the crowd, anytime any little bit of skill up mere mortals couldn't pull off happens the sounds were great

Over here if I go to the game with my grandad and a cross the field ball happened he would be screaming kick it long

That overhead kick pass was ridiculous to put in a compilation. The guy should be banned from youtube for doing that. Some of the passes were incredible too. Im sure if hes had 270 assists, hes obviously a great passer, you cant be average at passing and collect so many assists.

Whoever scored their freekick ...that was a good freekick.

Our new set piece specialist coach will probably like Harvey White's delivery of a dead ball.....

In terms of playing WB, I agree the defensive side is important but also for Conte the player has to have an engine to get up and down the flank. With the extra subs, White could be an option for the last 20 minutes or so to keep the likes of Perisic & Sess fresh.

For White's own development a loan to Championship for a season would be very good.

If Conte wanted to keep White in the first team squad next season and commit to a minimum no. of appearances/minutes/starts, White can offer
- CM cover, probably with a little more creativity than others in the squad
- LWB cover - he's got decent engine but not top class to g up and down the wing
- LAM cover - excellent crosses from left hand side, very decent from right hand side
- Excellent set piece taker (corners, free kicks etc), decent number of assists and goals from above positions, Decent defensively, tackles well

With current squad shaping up as it is, Conte may not need to keep him, but White's a decent option if needed

Watching it via Spursplay and I quite enjoyed the half-time pitch-side conversation with Ledley and the other two. Good energy and 100% pro-spurs. Such a refreshing change.

Great goal from Dier, great game all round.
Kane's first 'goal' was Richie's if it wasn't an OG. His second was classic Kane. (Kind of thing you feel happy the Koreans got to see, along with Son's)
Sarr does look very composed. Love to see it.
Great to have Skipp back.

Fair play, K-League are pretty good team (All-stars?). Deserved their first two goals (that I've seen).

They weren't exactly all-stars because they had to have two players from every team in the league. Which I guess is fair enough as apart from being a training exercise for us it was wonderful public relations.

It was huge fun all around apart from the sending off I suppose, but I'm sure that everybody - our boys, their players, the 60,000 fans there and all of us watching around the world hugely enjoyed it all.

I'd have absolutely loved to have been there

Just imagine it. A bit of soup and some kimchi for lunch before getting on the beers. Then you meet up with some Korean Spurs and maybe even fans from other countries like Japan who all had fan club members there.

Time for a great Korean barbecue. More beers, more laughs. Lots of friendship.

Then you go to the game, have a great time waving your paddles and silly scarfs and so forth, before going out on the town with all your new friends.

Magic darts!
