We can't. That's what we've been trying to do all season.
I think there’s undoubtedly some concern from the hierarchy as to how we’ve crashed out of every cup appallingly, as well as how utterly shit we’ve been for the majority of the season and indeed in previous seasons and with previous head coaches I think they would have been fired weeks/months ago. But they have to also be acutely aware of the issues firing Conte will bring, ie the finger once again being firmly pointed at them.
Of course you’re right though, at the end of the day the prospect of losing top 4 and the precious revenue will force them to fall on their sword.
Who knows? Maybe the next manager won’t sign without that clause because he knows he us 100% getting sacked too.
