Our Rangers chums were somewhat underwhelmed about little Tottenham being their glamour pre-season friendly yet a according to their website it’s a sell- out🤪
 
Have a colleague of mine who lives and works in Glasgow and is a Rangers fan. He is convinced Rangers are gonna thrash us. "Can't wait to see Spurs play a proper team" he says, and "your players won't be able to deal with the atmosphere".

For those reasons alone, I want us to give them a good hiding. They are actually a very decent team, hence them reaching the Europa League final last season.. but man, c'mon Spurs.. let's show them some proper football and shut him up!!!

I can't believe how much importance some people attach to friendly games results. Surely they're all about working on tactics, integrating new signings and building up match fitness.
But yeah, I want to smash them into little pieces!
