It just goes to show that sometimes selling your "best" players is the right thing to do, however hard it is to let them go. With the money from United we could have made 1-2 big signings, instead we're left with a bit part player who seems to get injured every time the wind blows. Life is strange.

Every midfield 'hard man' we ever have seems to just turn to shite injury wise. Sandro, Wanyama, Dembele and now Dier who seems perpetually crocked.

Rose as a right-sided defender would be pure suicide against Aubameyang, he can barely defend on the left as it is. Asking him to take most of his touches with the wrong foot is just asking for it.
