People are allowed to be frustrated. There are things wrong that are unquestionably failings from the ownership. It's also early days still with Ange. Mistakes will be made.
But he's not a novice manager learning the ropes, he's experienced and these are not shit players. Poor decisions are being made all over the shop. The frustration comes from us having seen all this before.
We were missing two important components but otherwise had 9/11 players from our probable best. It wasn't good enough.

We're such a strange club. Under Conte, we try to play defensive football with crap defenders. Under Ange, we try to play all out attack with forwards, apart from Sonny, who aren't clinical or prolific scorers.
We have to back a manager at some point, it might as well be Ange. But I think Ange, to get that backing, is going to have to show more in the final 3rd of this season than he has shown in the middle third. I'm talking about backing from Levy more than the fans, but fans are included too.

You can't expect the likes of Davies/Emerson to do the jobs that Udogie/Porro do - they just don't have the abilities or attributes. Emerson in particular was shocking today in the final third - and I can't even really blame him as it's like asking Son to be a ball-tackling DM.
Ange should have tweaked the system a bit accordingly and he needs to show some flexibility or we need to get the personnel which allows him to consitently play his system.

Ill always maintain that the best type of Spurs manager is one that can be flexible and work with the players at his disposal whilst also being a genuine tactician and knowledgable of the game but a big enough character to demand respect.
Its why Redknapp and Poch were so successful. They werent dogmatic in their approach but set up a team to win whilst loosening the reigns and letting them play their own way in some respect. But they were also father figures and commanded respect.
