He made £16.8m in those 6 month, the equivalent of over two seasons worth of wages at Liverpool. Those wages are entirely tax free if he stays out of England for 6 more months (hence Ajax).
Not quite. 20% taxed and 18 months plus he's on Ajax wages now. Should have just run down his Liverpool contract.
