Honestly this year unlike last year looks like we are not fucking around and really trying hard for the players the manager wants. At least that.
Agreed. We might be getting impatient (really because we all know that players like Ndombele would be so good that we're scared of missing out) but if I recall correctly, we took ages last summer before there were even any proper rumblings of a transfer.

We're definitely going for it this time.

So now United are in for our targets and offering more money...funny that, it's almost like if you don't make serious bids you don't get top quality players.

Manu are desperate to get rid of at least half their squad and find better players committed to Manu - offering just money means they will fail to find committed players, as they tried that to get Pogba, Alex Sanchez etc that they now want rid of.

Atm every media outlet is linking ManU to every half decent player on the market - and no chance they can sign them all and keep within a 25 man squad eve. If they sell 20 of their existing squad ( which is all but impossible by itself)

Just concerned we will miss out because Levy is too interested in getting the best deal possible rather than getting players that would really take us to the next level.

Is it to late to put in a bid for Perez? An AMF who can score. I think he'd be a great fit for us and moving to the top end of the PL would be a tremendous catalyst for him.

Transfers are difficult to predict.

If Man U offered £5 m more to the selling club but the player wanted to reject Manu and come to Spurs then reality is selling club can refuse to sell to Spurs but cannot force player to sign for Manu can only force player to stay at selling club.

So throwing money at a problem - sometimes it sticks and sometimes it doesn't.

Other problem of course is a high % of media is click bait which makes it difficult to be sure what is actually true.

i would take the manu links with a pinch of salt... manu is one of the clubs that get linked to every single player as clickbait for millions of their brainless gloryhunting fanbase some of whom still harbour delusions of landing de ligt

exactly, both the agent and the selling club want to maximise the amount they get so they’ll be flaunting them to all the carbon clubs/desperate United
When did it stop being the beautiful game and become a business? It's now becoming just like sports in the States. All about money.

West Spam and Valencia have had a 29 mill bids for Maxi Gomez accepted. It's up to the player now to decide where he wants to go.

Hmmmm, tough choice...

If I had to chose in the case we can’t sign both I’m all on on Ndombele but knowing levys tactics he’ll get diawara for Poch instead. Just wish the club came out swinging in this window
