He loves his new role, they asked him on Belgian tv how he was feeling at Spurs and he was all smiles. Said that he missed going forward a lot, that he understood the need to stay and secure the line last year but he really enjoys being a baller too. A bit of technical skills, a bit of bombing forward, having a shot at goal every now and then. Some of the videos of the trickery he does in training sessions are awesome, my guess if you play against him in a 5 a side, he'll drive you completely crazy.
I read tonight that Jan is 2 caps away from the all time appearance record for his country...that’s great for him and to an extent reflects well on Spurs too

He is a class act, no questions about that. He also looks as if he is really enjoying his football too. Just want him to score now and again to see the superman celebration again - not for the want of trying

Has seemed like that for several players. Now Alli and Toby are in talks, and particularly Alli seems to not quite have his head in the game at the moment.
One of several underrated players with us. Him, Dembele and Eriksen should've been in the team of the season the last two seasons. Lloris seems underrated as well.
