I think for me is that he dwells on the ball a little too much? Beats players easily but then it's like he needs to show how good he is by doing it again.

Really? Because he really isn't good enough creatively, and if clubs are willing to part with cash for him, it might be worth our time. We need players who can carry the ball then have an effect in the final third, whether it be a shot on goal or an assist. Dembele has very low numbers on both of those for us. 5 Goals and 6 assists in 3 Seasons isn't great.
