People on highs may not be so meticulous about making sure the safety equipment is being properly used/attached - so that's the risk

When I worked at Wembley some bloke didn’t clip himself in and fell down a shaft, sadly. Site was shut for almost a month, so it does happen, but very very rare now in UK. You can’t repair a pot hole these days without putting on hi vis pants and filling the M25 with safety cones.
Assuming there will be an opening ceremony, do we think it’ll be before the first home game, or will they do it prior to the test event?
I imagine the ‘opening ceremony’ will be a combo with our first home league game. Test events are normally exactly that, and not up to full swing
