Do you know what the grounds of a medical are? It seems a bit vague.
Pretty sure the buying clubs medical team assesses the player and judges whether they'll be fit enough and don't have any major issues that could result in an early end to their career/regular injuries.

Liverpool are apparently refusing to comment on it according to Sky, but the story suggests that Remy flew out to meet up with Liverpool, had his medical then they got a second opinion before the story of them pulling out.

yes. I don't remember where, but I do remember reading that he wasn't cleared due to heart issues
