Another grating thing about this appointment is there’s absolutely no continuity. Most clubs with a semblance of a plan will appoint a manager that lines up with the philosophy the previous manager instilled into the club. Appointing Mourinho completely rips up Pochs philosophy and everything he stood for.
It just reeks of panic and desperation.

We still need that rebuild so it's strange getting in a very short term manager who needs to spends a lot. We let him spend a load & then he falls out with players & owners etc & gets sacked. New manager comes in & most likely wants new players & not some mourinho got in. Seems like a pointless & very costly exercise.
