I believe Harry Kane starts right now. I also think he's better playing behind a striker, so Eriksen can't play in his number ten role.
I believe Eriksen is too slow and not a hard enough worker to play as a winger or central midfielder.
He's an excellent player, but his only position in the team that makes any sense at the moment is on the bench to replace Kane late on in matches. Otherwise he's a square peg that is being accommodated out of position, purely due to his talent. I'd like to play our best player in each position, not our best eleven players shoved into positions.
I'd argue that whilst Eriksen has a delightful habit of scoring late winners, dropping him means we wouldn't have to. We'd already be home and hosed with a more balanced side.

Quite possibly the single the, most deluded claim I've read on here since the Gibbsy days. He's best utilised as a centrally deployed playmaker - not a #10

Our second most consistent and highest performing player after Lloris and you want him dropped. Wow, Minto.
