We would need to have owners who are richer than Man City, so probably never. Nobody except them is likely to win a PL title as things stand.

A few years ago we have beaten City 4 1 at home with that wonderful Villa-esque goal by Lamela. I think It was the first season with Poch, but I am not sure.
That game gave me a very strong feeling... I thought "This club in the next decade [the current one} will win the PL and the CL... not with Poch (too early)... with or without ENIC"
I still stand by this feeling (just not sure about ENIC, much more likely with a new owner)

I honestly can’t see it happening any time remotely soon. The PL will also probably have evolved into something even more hideous before we’re even ready to genuinely compete again.
The Premier league is too financially doped. I can’t ever see a team like Leicester winning the league again. Manchester United and Liverpool may not win again for the next ten years. Spurs under Enic, maybe a cup or 2.

when pep leaves city the league will be wide open again. until then its hard to see anything but city. the year after pep leaves will be interesting. KDB on the wrong side of 30 too.
