The way our CBs move the ball is a disgrace. They genuinely stand still like statues with the ball at their feet for a full 10 seconds before deciding to pass it sideways anyway. People rightly criticise Dier for this but Romero is just as bad.

GET THE FUCKING BALL MOVING QUICKLY! We play like cowards, too scared to move it quickly which just makes it hard for us to win.

If you got a random person who doesnt like football and told them to study for basic coaching badges, in a few months they could probably coach the team and set them up the exact same way.

Yes but that was 6-7 years ago. He is even struggling in Turkey with his coach saying that he is below expectations
 
West Ham & Moyes need to get waaaay more stick as well. Spent 200m+ to be the same ol' kick it to Antonio, make it physical in midfield & put ten men behind the ball team. And they're worse at it. How do you get so much worse after spending that much?

The problem is the lack of movement ahead of them.
 
- Confidence can't get much lower than this. All our big name players are woefully underperforming
- Tactics are stale, monotonous, predictable
- No team cohesion and sense of identity in our play, clueless passing and directionless play

Time to give Conte a new 5 year contract I think.
