1st half was totally Everton, could've been 3-0 up by HT
2nd half was all ours, and we also could've had 2 or 3 by the end...
...as it was, 1-1 felt about right. Annoying as it is to have already dropped 2 points,
(which obviously Man City/Utd/Arse & Chelsea would never do)

I've just found out that no team in the history of the PL has lost more on opening day than TottenhamJust found out that we've taken more points off Everton than any other team in the premier league.. We've also scored more goals against Everton than any others..

I reckon we should change our name to Hotspur Tottenham... at least to give us a fighting chance on the opening day of the season next year!
It's hardly surprising after the EC and the CA, the trip to Oz and the Olympics, resulting in our players being all over the world during the summer, that without a proper pre-season (again) we've started a little slowly. We got it together in the 2nd half, and that's a positive. Nothing to worry about really, and I expect us to pick it up quickly.
