Maybe our manager just isnt cut out for european football, last season he got a pass as it was the europa league, but whats the excuse this time?
I don't think there are any new issues with the CL as opposed to the EL. He's had to deal with squad rotation in both, and the standard of opposition in the CL this year hasn't been as big a step up as it could be. I really think it's the players choking, combined with a bit of bad luck (injuries etc) rather than anything Poch isn't coping with. The one thing I suppose could be his motivation of the players, but historically that hasn't been an issue at all for him.
Anyone else slightly concerned about Poch saying " We don't have time to train"?
