Personally, I think the time for ENIC to sell up would have been when full planning permission was obtained and ARCH metal burnt down. Now the stadium has been built, we have an asset that's probably too expensive for even the richest of investors to buy into and make it worth it. They tend to want to buy nearly clubs for £200m not us for £1b
