Lucas Bergvall will be fine in PL as an u21 for next few years
But in UEFA he'll need to be registered on List A as an overseas trained player in 24/25 and 25/26 and in 26/27 on List B as a qualified u21, assuming that Bergvall has not been loaned out before then.
Once he's been registered at Spurs for 3 seasons he will become eligible to be a Club trained player for UEFA and HG for PL.
