Yeah the suspensions really killed us... It's frightening how poor we've been without Alli and Dembele.

I hope Poch blasts them all I really do. More importantly I hope he makes it clear they have a point to prove next season after this.

I think that's part of why the performance was shit. There wasn't any motivation to perform. Finishing above the shitheads isn't that important to the players as it is to us. If it was a title in play I'm sure there would've been alot more effort.

I hope so. Poch will have to realise that the late season fade is more than coincidence now. Let's hope the Euros give our squad the break they need in order to come back mentally right, if not physically.

Let's not forget that it is Poch's second full push. The man and his back room staff have done an amazing job. Some of the posts on this thread would'nt have looked out of place on Arse TV. Absolute cunts of the highest order, you know who you are. Get a fuckin grip. Embrace the amazing achievement that is 3rd place. I would of taken a steady 6/7th placing before a ball was kicked back in August, given the pre season and opening day result.
Let's not turn into self righteous Woolwich wanderers idiots because the wheels fell off in the last few games.
We have just witnessed our best season finish in a couple of generations, that should not be underestimated.
I'm sure Poch and the squad will reflect, regroup, and march on in our final season at the lane.

Had to go buy all the shit for comfort eating at a shop on the other side of the road from a station on the Piccadilly line, so there were Gooners everywhere - don't worry, I didn't lamp any children.

The worst part of this is I've lost all trust in that team, save weirdly Lamela, the rest, all those 'home grown' twats, they don't know, they've no bottle.

If they dare say 'it's been a good season', they should be ashamed. Michael Dawson was in tears when we finished with 72 points, these cunts don't care for the club.

All the work they've done, in building a comrardare around the club has been a farce, whatever we do next season has been tarnished already because we know it isn't genuine, that's the worst part to take.

I'm not saying Poch is faultless, i'm most annoyed about the lack of effort our players put in the last 3 games.. They should understand what it means to us.. It was as if they had CL job done..

Stupid post. How is it the fault of coaching staff. Even levy. Everyone was ass kissing not so long ago. Players trained and coached in the same way. Only had to do what they'd been doing all year. 1 point needed from last two games. Losing our heads against chelsea. Ali and dembele discipline. Who's fault is all that???

Last four games is four games just because its the last four doesnt mean we should just say it was a good season and we just screwed up at the end. Dont get me wrong it has been a good season but not even close the season we would have thought it wouldve been a month or two ago.

I've said before the drop off from our main starters and the sub players is too much. Poch has so far got us to a cup final and qualified for the UCL. Now we want to build. I don't want to sacrifice one competition because we don't have the quality to juggle. Big summer ahead. A summer which done right can cement our place in the top 4 or back to 5th/6th.

I was, when reacting to Leicester, stupid enough to discover that 68 points is our average season on season points accross the past 8 years. This season we hit the brick wall @ 70 points, but Champions league is the prize so no one is going to look too close at that, that could be a shame as the collapse from 2-0 up at Chelsea has been staggering. There is no hiding place and I am not sure how we move on from that, or if anyone should actually move on from it as someone needs be accountable and I am not sure they will address it correctly as the success might well mask some of the issues.

In a two horse race, we have managed to finish third. We are 22 years behind a complete load of cunts, over half my life we have not finished above them, that's an odd realization this evening, it's never ever going to end and if it did, then it would take 23 years to better it by which time, well who knows....

5-1 today is up there with the worst over, 7-1. 6-1 and 5-1 all at Sid James "Sports Direct" Park all equally abject. But today mattered most and they let US down. From kick off they failed to show Newcastle the respect they were due & Townsend of all people made a meal of us, it was obvious last Sunday how this one was going to be, but I never imagined we could be that bad. When we were often so good.

I never take a heavy defeat well, but Christ I work next to a Gooner, a Gooner is behind me and my Director is a Gooner. I wish tomorrow won't come.
