As to those of us interested in discussing the actual football, I agree with most of the comments. We played with great control and energy in the second half. I was very pleased for Matt Doherty after the long lay off. I hope he gets a good run.

What is most pleasing for me is that we don't look Spursy right now. Is it wrong to feel rising confidence about where we are headed?

I'm trying to keep that feeling under wraps, as the last time I felt like that was in the Poch years when we were due to play Wolves at Wembley and we all know how that turned out!
