I think he's well and truly our number one left back now. He's had a sensational start this season and if he keeps it up you simply cannot drop him.

At 24 he's only going to get better. Keep it up Ben you're looking more and more like a genuine star!

I’m not terrified, I just think we cannot go into that game with a moderately paced, right footed defender playing on the left hand side. We will get toasted. Horses for courses. Jan goes to LB & we play a flat back 4 if necessary with Dier sat in front. I’m keeping everything crossed that Ben is back for the match. And I mean everything crossed.

Davies not playing means a change of formation (if we dont play Trippier at LB) or Dier at CB.
With Wanyama and Dembele both out we're suddenly looking quite thin.

Time for Winks to do a Bale I think :)
