I don't take the Fantasy Football view of things. I look at all of a player's contributions over the 90 minutes. How many goals and assists does he have in how many games for Mourinho?

A blue Santa. Good man.

Well, that's not the way to judge an individual player's strengths and weaknesses, is it?I look at how many goals we score, how many goals our opponents score, and how many points we earn.

My point was that his performances have not been very good. It was ever thus.My point was that he has produced 7 goals (scores and assisted) in 8 games for Jose. That’s good production.
Yep - Jose went out of his way to praise Érik. He’ll be staying as long as he’s fit.
Maybe Mourinho's training methods will suit him better? Otherwise...So what you are saying is that he is gone??
Because I don't mean to be the guy who kills the vibe of positivity on his return... But last season he remained reasonably fit was 15/16. That's ages ago and we need the foreign player spot in the team for someone that can contribute more than he is.
Jose will love Lamela. Runs, defends lots, passes quickly, perfect for counter attacking, has a nasty streak and makes himself available. But, will he stay fit?Really hope he's ready for some involvement in the next game, his passion alone is worth plenty and we can surely use it.

If it makes you feel better, I don't particularly rate him.Maybe we'll focus on playing chess from now and move small figures on tactics borad.. Then it could happen indeed.
I mean I understand the positivity, but it does not seem realistic at all.
Who could say with a - we assume - less intense training regime? I don’t think he was broken before Poch (but he may have been?).So what you are saying is that he is gone??

How many games we played in total?
He's finished now for certain. Jose won't take pity on him the way Poch did.
What training methods would those be?Maybe Mourinho's training methods will suit him better? Otherwise...
