What would have been the best preparation for Ange and the players ? I would have thought the least travel time, guaranteed game time against decent opposition and enough games for Ange to work on the players and take a look at everyone.
So this match cancelled and Roma pulled out of the next one? So we'd have flown around the world to play West Ham and Lion City Sailors over 14 days of pre season. Not great and organising matches in the rainy season sounds a daft idea. Bring back the Stevenage and Leyton Orient friendlies.
