It's more about giving the next manager the chance to focus on the league and cups.

Only good thing about conference league is the chance to play youngsters but then fans will just argue about if we should be trying to win it.
If we are in it we should.

Not wanting to compete for a trophy is some loser mentality.

We haven't won a trophy since 2008. Beggers cannot be chosers. If we end up in the Conference we should try to win it so we can break the trophy drought at least.

We are not above winning this trophy. We aren't above any trophy.

Levy " These players got CL spot last year, you should work with them"
New Manager " I will make us all proud, give me huge contract"
later
Levy "Why arent you winning with these amazing players? You are sacked"
New Manager "Okay. Thanks for 30 million"

Dier stays, Davies stays, Hogberg stays.

...and repeat.

The recent decisions made by Levy convinces me he is gambling massively on winning the Johnson’s Paint Trophy in 3 years time, be patient though , remember , winning is hard

yeah i'd say unlikely, would only make Levy look more stupid.

still there's 18 points to play for so its such a waste to throw a whole month of football. You could at least hire a DF now to evaluate these players now for the last 6 games for who to keep and who to sell.
might actually make some of them put effort in if they knew their spurs' career was in danger

But no chance, as Conte said everyone is nice and comfortable here, no pressure. Tottenham Country Club and Resort
Instead a new DoF and manager will come in, and the likes of Dier, Sanchez and Sessengon will be given another season to prove their shit and see off another manager... Repeat the cycle.

With Emerson and Davies coming back, albeit not the greatest of footballers, it gives a chance to actually play a back 4 of players in their natural positions. If we're not going to appoint a new manager, then let Mason take charge with King and Defoe for the final 6 games instead of Conte's mate playing the same boring tactics and out of form players, just to keep himself in a job next season.

They'll go all out for Nagelsmann, and if it doesn't happen it will probably be between Amorim,Potter and Frank.

They've invested heavily in a squad suited for 3atb and aren't just going to cut their losses to start again.
