They ALL have the final say about the players, every single one! They've all confirmed this too.

There's nothing that difficult to understand about our policy, we spend money from the revenues that the Club generates. This is the same as approx 95% of all football clubs. Only Chavs, PSG (but I don't think they do anymore) City (it's complex web) use monies from outside the operations of the Club itself (there may well be some tiny team in lower divisions that relies on an owners capital like Salford).
I didn't mention money. Only Levy, interfering with matters he knows nothing about.

Martinez and Poch now bookies favourites. Last week it was NES and the week before Rodgers. Nobody knows shit, including the self appointed ITK. In fact, especially the ITK.
Latest I'm hearing is Rangnick as DOF, Poch as manager, Ten Hag and Potter as his assistants and Martinez as a steward.

Reading between the lines of Ali Gold's latest video, I sadly don't think it's Ten Hag and/or Rangnick. And Poch is very unlikely too.

Seems like the board have 2 top targets, both employed elsewhere right now.
Sounds like one could be Potter, and the other is likely someone whose barely even been mentioned much yet.
