Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I never liked him, treated his first wife shamefully, a real womaniser and a right creep. And he has become insufferable since Leicester won the league.
Disgraceful comment by him towards Harry - as if he never played for a penalty. Jealousy again, Lineker was only ever a goal poacher - was never a real team player, whereas H is as complete a player as there is around.

You know you want to use the “c” word with him, Mrs P :levystare:

Nope that West Ham are the bench mark and we are in the position where we are CHASING them.

Top 4 is now completely in our hands. West Ham play Chelsea, so one of them will drop points.

Its also possible that Leicester will drop points to West Ham, City, Chelsea, United and of course...Spurs.

All we have to do is beat this lot. We don't have much fixture congestion; with a decent rest between games.

Newcastle
United (between Europa games - our advantage)
Everton
Sheffield
Leeds
Wolves
Villa
Leicester

that all they have to do, have you watched us this season😊

I don't really see that great performance. We weren't sinking as low as we used to. That's positive, there was good effort today. And we played pretty good in about 15 minutes around the 2-0 goal.

But in the first half and part of your second it looked like the players met for the first time, couldn't string 3 passes in a row together. Like it has all the time under Mourinho.

About 4th, were 3 points behind Chelsea, but they haven't lost in 18 games, so it's probably Leicester we have to pass, and that's 8 points. Also Liverpool is in the race. They are gash now but who knows.

There is hope to take from this game, but as the wise mister Wolf said. Let's not start sucking each others dicks, just yet.

Tanganga looked very comfortable and Rodon is so good with his aerial duels and being in the right place at the right time. Good distribution from them both too. A few mistakes still out there but all are young and can improve, will get better the more they play together.

as others have said we had Kane & Lucas they had no-one,
hopefully Toby is part of "Jose in" players we need him, not sure who would be better playing with him, Dier has been poor for a long time, Sanchez is a loose cannon (why does he have to push players all the time, can't he just defend) Rodon is very green not sure how powerful he is

Chelsea have 5 potential banana skins in their last 6 to be honest so you never know

Have to be given a run now surely but you just feel they will be dropped with the first sign of a mistake despite the constant mistakes of the more experienced defenders

Think he was overshadowed by TN for most of the game. TN had a good game controlling things at the back and picking the back up from C
think PEH was "overshadowed" because there was both TN & GLC picking the ball up/moving around the back, maybe a good idea as PEH can focus on doing DM duties

Think we have Southampton as well due to the cup final. All winnable though.

Gary Lineker really is a massive cunt.

The problem for Lineker is that it WAS a penalty. I've watched it again on YouTube, slowed right down. Harry tries to back heel the ball (fails) and immediately Cash slides right into his standing leg, from behind, up-ending him. Watch it from 1:48 on 25% speed, if you don't believe me.
All Harry is guilty of is jumping to minimise the impact (understandable, given his ankle problems) and over-playing the pain - but they all do that these days.

I hate to say this, but Mike Dean and VAR got it right.

Edit: ...If Sanchez had done the same to one of their players we could have had no complaints about a penalty.

We really need to capitalise on this now. I hated us going out of Europa, but if we can win the league cup and get a top 4 finish, then it's a great season overall.

We are relying on other results, but with no midweek games, and a good break between each game, we should see the benefits of that.
