Poch is a good manager but is rapidly becoming the most overrated in the game.
That's a little unfair
He's an excellent coach, capable of raising players' games to heights that even they wouldn't have imagined and when everyone is on board and the plan works, the team is capable of beating anyone. He's had us beat everyone he's ever gone up against as a manager. Man City, Dortmund, Real Madrid, Woolwich, Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea.
He's only 4 years in and going up against clubs who have better resources than us in terms of money. We're over achieving constantly, but it'd be nice to get wins away at the top clubs. Every other club can seem to pull one off, yet we can't - I know in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't necessarily win you the league. Chelsea didn't win at Old Trafford, Anfield, WHL or The Emirates last season yet they won the league at a canter.
If we were Chelsea, then maybe. But what people admire is what he's achieving with our resources.

When Poch has even half the amount of kitty as the doped clubs and then starts to fail maybe people can complain a little. Until then it's retarded. He's working wonders.
It’s not just the those fixtures, the parallels between him and Redknapp apply to other areas such as cups as well. Listen clearly he is a talented manager however the rhetoric around him present is way beyond his actual level. He still has a way to go before he can be considered one of the games current best.
Whatever results we’ve achieved, it’s down to Poch squeezing as much out of the players as he can and getting us to punch above our weight. We have a good squad but it’s really not that good.

It’s not Poch’s fault, a lot of us pretend we have the strongest squad, we don’t, we have young good players that Poch coached into really good players.
There is a limit to what that can do, City have attacking depth we can only dream off, they can spunk £300 mil a season on players. Dele and Kane clearly not at the races and we have no alternatives, even Woolwich have more alternatives and they should do being a lot richer than us.
For us to go up to that final level and challenge for the title and compete in Europe genuinely we need greater depth, it’s that simple. Davinson Sanchez is a monster signing but we probably need 3-5 of these signings in the summer in key areas if we want to compete.
Having a good when fully fit first 11 unfortunalty ain’t enough, hopefully this is where our new stadium will come in and help us to remedy that problem.

Travesty of a team? Our worst league placing this decade is 6th and we have only finished outside of that placing once in the last 12 years. He inherited a side that contained the likes of Lloris, Vertonghen, Erisken Dembele, Rose and Walker so let’s not pretend as if he inherited the Spurs side of the ‘90s. I love how the notion that critiquing of the qualities of our manager somehow results in a poster being a Wum or troll. That such statement can be made on a discussion board.
