Are trying to say that the rumours that we hear incessantly and contradict themselves aren’t real??
There seems to be a general consent, that R. Sessegnon is signed as a LB. Personally I thought he would be signed as a LW/RW.
Personally think Poch will go the low risk route of playing him as an AM to see how he does in PL with Spurs ( errors are less costly at AM rather than LB) before trying him out as LB.
Shame he had the hamstring injury otherwise I think Poch would have ensured he was available in pre season where he could have tried him at LB without any consequences.

Who scored site has him playing as an AM for circa 75% of his appearances in ,2018/19 so only a few as defender.
That may account for what is available on YouTube.

Why is that obvious? What FB's have we been linked with that are within that profile? (I get that Alves can lay claim to this profile but at 36yrs old it's best to avoid hanging our hat on the fact he's the long term option even if there is validity in the links).
We've been linked to CB's for the past couple of seasons and also in this window have we not? Also, we have two who are not going anywhere (Jan, Sanchez) and have another that could well still be here for another year (Toby), we simply just don't know how this is panning out behind the scenes. We have another player who is adept CB in Dier (arguably his best position).
Curious about what the squad will look like at the end of the window, yes; but concerned as in worried or even panicking? Nope.

A more defensive minded back 4 would allow us to start a more attack oriented midfield. We wouldn’t need a true CDM. It would probably be Ndombele-Winks holding with Dele playing the 10. Lucas and Son providing the width
