Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Thank god, I was in J Block for Spurs united and saw 2, I chanted:
"you're only here for the selfie" in my utter fustration for the non interested punters around me!!!

Slightly OT but I've noticed an increasing amount of people filming penalties, free kicks, corners etc during games...........what's the point? All of the games are televised and where I sit is right next to the main TV camera, so you just record a poorer quality version of what people are seeing on TV and miss the actual action on the process.
Won't lie I dont mind rubbing it in to mates back home who've never gone to a Spurs/Premier League game by sending them the a snapchat of my great seats while they're waking up at 2am and hearing shit pre-game & HT analysis from Mark Bosnich!

People filming penalties / corners / free-kicks : Just another reason why modern football fans haven't got a scooby.

I know someone who won't be happy about this. If only he could aim a fucking ball as well as his camera.

This was Soldado's earlier attempt he discarded.
Sometimes a selfie can disfigure the images?

Glad they've been banned, and not even because of the cunty act that they have been designed for. I can't get into WHL with my fucking Dr Pepper bottle lid, let alone a stick that resembles a police truncheon.

Though, anyone trying to enter with one should have been taken to the roof and kicked off with their hands glued up their arsehole. Absolutely pathetic 'device'.

Inter at home? That was pretty amazing.
We need to get back in the Champions League :(

I don't understand selfie sticks but I do understand the camera.
Maybe it's because I'll probably never get back to WHL after this season but I've recorded a few chants and tried to get some goals or saves on my phone from free kicks.
Feels a bit wrong but fuck it.

Filming and taking photos should be banned during the game IMO. Part of "up on the blog so everyone knows" culture but undoubtedly kills the atmosphere. If you want a photo do it before or after the game

I really don't give a fuccckkkkkkkkk and I'm so bored of hearing about this shit. I don't go to games to see what other people do i go to watch football. If people want to take pictures then so fucking be it. I take pictures sometimes, i take the odd video of the crowd when it gets proper lively. Sometimes i watch em back and get goosebumps. Sometimes i show my friends to explain why i love going to football. Sometimes i show the Mrs because she hates football.
Yeah selfie sticks are banned because they're dangerous in such confined places. Would i take one to a game, no, but I wouldn't care if someone else did. Everyone just loves fucking moaning. Including me, because this is just a moan about people moaning. which arguably makes me worse. But fortunately for me i don't careeeeeeeeeeee!!11\1\1\1!!!2211

Got to admit the lack of real celebrations seen on camera after we scored against Chelsea(incl. the knob with the selfie stick) made me feel a little bit sad.

We never used to be like this. I've grown up thinking that this is what separates us from the goons.

Following a couple of emails, selfie sticks have banned from White Hart Lane as they break rules on telescopic poles over 100cm inside the ground. After all the bullshit they tried to limit fans with flag pole restrictions I'm glad to see the same rules being used in favour of the non-tourist fan.
GOOD!

In fact, I'd take it further... allow the selfie sticks, just BAN the people bringing them in!
fucking day-trippers!

Result! Given the amount of trouble it was to get a flag inside the stadium, it was only right they banned the selfie sticks under the same principle.
