I wouldn't be surprised if Southgate did call him up. He's better than slot of the other options.

Not yet had an Under-21 call up for England, and he's already 21. I'd rather take a cap for a national side that takes football seriously (like Spain), rather than the school-type popularity contest that is the English side.

Wish that also included him carrying the ball, one of the things I love about him is his willingness to carry the ball into the space in front.
My favorite thing about Winks is how his first touch takes him away from the opposing player, which most of the time eliminates that player from the play.
Really shows the difference between him and those before him like mason and Carroll
He's played for England at all but senior level and was born in Hertfordshire. Pretty Spanish if you ask me.
