Had a few days to dwell on it now.

It's even more horrible that we have to go so long to put it right because of the International break. Had we had a game a few days later and put in a performance this one could have just been forgotten about.

Yes. It's by far the most disappointing result of the season, because for the all the "it's like a family" good vibe around "we never stop" Ange, this was the performance of guys who are miles from being in the mix for the league. Pathetic tbh

Yesterday we had no sense of urgency, no aggression, no verve and we failed to adjust to our opponent’s tactics. So simply, we did not deserve to win.
Surely it’s the manager and coaching teams job to do that? Abd if they don’t see that during the game they should remedy it with a hair drier , tactical changes or subs. We did nothing until too late. No point Ange going on about wanting to see progress when he is partly responsible for not seeing anything in that game. Does he just like losing like that or something then say we have a lot to do. Ofc we have a lot to do but no one is gonna convince me that we didn’t have the players v Fulham to at least give them a game. The motivation should have been there to jump above Villa. Can you imagine Fergie settling for such limp performances?

A continuous Tottenham trait, we do indeed move on until a couple of weeks time when it happens again.
It’s such a cop out saying bump in the road we move on. Well how comes it wasn’t a bump in the road for Fulham? They gave that gane everything in contrast to what we did. We should accept defeat so easily. It is this mindset that keeps us where we are. Our aim should be to win every game or as many as possible and see where that takes.

We get in Europa, we need to give it a real go.....may be preferable....we haven't a cat in hells chance of winning Champions league, let's face it.....🤷‍♂️
I guess bit like the domestic cups. We have no chance of winning the fa cup so should concentrate on the lesser cup. Oh wait we got knocked out of that in first round. Ffs just play as well as we can trying to win as many games as we can and see where it takes. Why say we’d be better off in one comp over another. Whole point of sport is to challenge yourself v the best not duck out of those challenges.

There's been a mentality issue at this club for years and years and years. Yesterday was a fine example of it. We beat Villa convincingly and show up at Fulham expecting three points.

Luckily, I do think we've got a manager who isn't going to stand for that shit.
He has all week to make sure that we had the right mentality. Also he should be able to tell which players may have been over confident. I’m sure in the past managers have spotted attitude in some players in build to games and not played. One of the managers main tasks is get the players up for ALL games with the right attitude and motivation. If he can see that is not right during the game then do something to change it.

When your captain comes out and condemns the lack of effort when you have practically a full squad to choose from and have had a full week to prepare for the game it's alarming.

There is something very wrong at the club for them just to rock up and as a man decide they aren't going to fucking bother.
Happens too many times even this season Son has come out with the same tripe. He could almost just get an old post match interview out and use that!

It was really odd. It's like I could tell from the whole demeanour of the team right from the off that there was only gonna be one outcome. It was reminiscent of the final days of the Pochettino regime.
This it though we could all see it so why couldn’t Ange? Instead of standing there like a dummy he could have got a bit angry , done something but he just let it drift.

Going out with a whimper is, something that the club does well, going out to lower league side's, mentality of the team is poor.

You are possibly the biggest no nothing on here and that’s saying something.

Fergie first 4 seasons at man United.

87/88. 2nd
