Played shit last game but had his best game of the season off the left against Villa.

He's still young and inconsistent. We will see his best in about 2 seasons and by that time he could easily be 15 goals 10 assists per season.

There will be some very embarrassing posts in this thread later on down the line. Just like the Son thread, just like the Kane thread, the Sarr thread almost certainly ends up embarrassing for a lot of people too.
I predicted 5 goals for BJ this season but we will be cooking on gas if we can get at least 4 of BJ, Son, Richarlison, Maddison, Kulu and Werner in double figures goals scored next season

The race to sign Maximilian Beier is beginning to build a head of steam ahead of the summer transfer window. The 21-year-old striker has been heavily linked with an exit from TSG Hoffenheim recently as he continues to impress in the German top flight.

Beier, who sees his contract at the PreZero Arena expire in 2027, has featured 25 times Pellegrino Matarazzo's side in the Bundesliga this season, scoring 12 goals and providing five assists. His impressive performances have helped Hoffenheim climb the table as they hope to secure European qualification.

With eight games left to play, Die Kraichgauer currently sit eighth – seven points adrift of Eintracht Frankfurt, who currently rank sixth. Nevertheless, Beier, who has just received his first senior international call-up to the Germany squad, has reportedly courted the interest of some top clubs across Europe.

According to Sky Sports Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg, all the 'top Bundesliga clubs' apart from Borussia Dortmund are interest in activating Beier's €30million (£25.6m) release clause. The report states that the 'top eight Premier League clubs' are also keeping tabs on his progress.

Changed the game coming on. 2 assists and so unlucky to not get a goal. If Werner hadn´t missed an open goal against Fulham that would have been yet another assist.

He must have the best assists/goals stats ever for a player that so many have decided is "shit"

Such a shame they don't give own goals as assists to the crosser. But fuck it, let's give it him.

He has now been involved in 12 goals in 1566 minutes in the league this season (equivalent to about 17 games).

Game changer today. Start him against West Ham.
