Dunno 'bout choo guys, but I'm right Up for the Cup this season!!

F.A Cup.... Europa League/UEFA Cup... bring 'em both on!

It will certainly compensate for the fact there's a gaping 10 point chasm appearing (and widening by the week) between us and Winning the PL!!

I would take 5th and a uefa cup win this year without question. In fact I'd take 6th, we'd have earned UCL qualification regardless.

Just looking at the teams left in the competition, we've a fantastic chance to go on and win the thing.

You can understand Poch's dilemma though - if he takes the Europa seriously and rests players in the league matches which we lost he'd be slaughtered for it and possibly lose his job, longer term. Imagine us finishing 8th and losing in the semis of both cups, it would be conisdered failure - but finishing 5th whilst losing to Gent and say Man City in the FACR5 that's considered success.

A friend of mine was asking if there are any brothels in Tottenham

Certainly not I said but would confirm with you first......

:ossie:

A friend of mine can help you out if only he could post links (he needs a "like" to be able to do that)

Don't let your friend get too excited: my friend is not a Russian entrepreneur who specialises in the men-orientated market.

And me? I'm here as a KAA Gent supporter to check the mood among the Spurs fans and answer questions about all that Belgian stuff, be it from a friend or not.

Thank you for the likes.

To answer the friend's question.
Yes, there are brothels in Ghent (among other facilities), just like in Amsterdam (but on a much smaller scale.

To get an idea: (nothing 18+, from the official tourist office)

Is there a main square in Ghent/Gent/Genk/Gonk or what ever you call it..Usually head for the Towns main square and sit and have a few drinks while the locals film us and take many pics..

There a several squares. Korenmarkt would be a good option: right in the town centre, there's a McDo (if you really want to), an Irish pub (with EPL games), several Belgian pubs and restaurants. Same could be said for several other squares (Vrijdagsmarkt). Advantage of the Korenmarkt is the public transport. There is a tram (1, 11, 12) that brings you straight from the station (Gent St. Pieters) to the square.

Anyway, you'll find eachother easily.
Ghent's medieval centre is not that big (we're a city of 250.000) and the whole centre is a pedestrian area, littered with bars and restaurants.

I do seem to remember that the Ghent police suggested the Zenith fans last year to gather on a particular square at one point. But that was not a cordon. It was a way to organise the walk to the stadion near match time.

I think 'longer term' is the key phrase. The new stadium just around the corner, and the club will want to enter it as an established CL outfit, with the income and competitiveness to rival Arse, City and all – rather than a West Ham who end up in a massive stadium but don't really do much... And like it or not, staying close to the Top 4, maybe squeezing in by capitalising on LFC's crap defence or City's various issues, in today's game does count for more than 8th 'but they got to a semi final'.

My heart screams Cups; but my head says League. And the guys who decide – Poch, maybe with Levy in his ear – definitely more 'head' kinda guys.
