Yet again we limp out of a cup. Ange has to take some of the blame tonight, too many changes to the starting line up, whether that be his decision or the club has a policy of not competing in cups, every manager has done it in recent yrs.
We learned a lot tonight though.
Sanchez is done at Spurs, has been for sometime , so let's not kid ourselves in that the system will suit him, he is nowhere near good enough.
Perisic set up the goal that Richy scored, but apart from that both were extremely poor, as was Skipp, Lo celso and PEh. Royal was lacklustre and Davies struggled as well. Basically our second string are poor, esp when lumped together without some of our better players.
We need a lot of activity this week, plenty of ours and three to four in minimum.

What the actual fuck has changed here Mr Levy ?

Con job after con job.

Davidson Sanchez. Jesus fucking Christ ( god forgive me).

But let’s not kid ourselves that was in any way an acceptable 90 minutes from the other 15 or so wankers who plodded about a bit.

Another Trophy dodged. Brilliant stuff Mr Levy. Brilliant. He’s the consistent so he can fucking well have the blame for this clown 🤡 show.

Nice to see Levy Junior having a laugh with Michael McIntyre. Pleased the next generation of short arms and deep pockets is ready to roll when papa fucks off.

Harry Kane. The hotel is his legacy by the looks of things.

Those slagging Ange off also he made these changes to assess the second string sure he's learned a lot from this
That's really not how you assess the second string. You keep a largly cohesive side and then introduce two, maybe three changes and see how they do.

When you make 9 changes, the whole team loses cohesion and chemistry, cos at that point it's basically 9 strangers, and some of whom are utter shite, making it impossible for the potentially decent ones to shine.

Well, a better 2nd half.

But the lack of creativity in the 2nd team is shocking, misplaced passes, playing the ball behind the runs of the forwards, not being able to find players...

People are screaming at Sanchez taking a penalty and blaming it on him, Forster should have stayed on his feet shifted to the left or right, before diving.

But he did make some good saves during the game, just fecking awful at penalties.

Our biggest problem is supplying the forwards, we just continue to make fuck all chances.

Look at Solomon, only had the ball played to him once in the area, that forced the goalkeeper to make a good save.

It really is truly awful.
