I think his age is irrelevant. It's a young squad as it is and he's already the no.1 striker for Holland.

To be honest i don't see that the players have lost faith in him but maybe they don't trust him because they've seen the amount of chances he has missed?
As ive said, he will offer us something in terms of general hold up play and getting others involved but in terms of getting a good goal return himself? I don't think so.
