On balance I'd probably go with Son, Skipp is too young and inexperienced and Romero is too rash. Mind you it could be the responsibility he needs to tidy up his game.

It has to be Son. Everyone loves him, class player, loves the club, signed the extension when we were at our worst. No better option.
Better discussion is who vice captain is. Skip would be a good shout but might be too young. Romero is too much of a hot head. Bissouma is too new.
Hojbjerg or Dier might actually be the best options. Dier shouldn't play but off the pitch is a good option to have around to help players.

Got to be Skipp, we need to build for the future. Hopefully in 50+ years we might just be an ok team.
