Brighton/Liverpool draw definitely good for us, both now on 16/17 points, 3 or 4 points behind us.

Same with West Ham/Newcastle draw, both now on 14/13 points giving us a respectable lead on both.

Now for the Woolwich/Man City game. Probably prefer a draw with both sides getting 3 or 4 straight red cards (not 2 yellows) , but that's probably too much to hope for !

5-5 with 2 red cards each would be lovely

Not the result I wanted nor expected.

The 1-0 Woolwich win gives them equal points and GD with us but Spurs stay top as we've scored more goals than them.

Am still expecting City to win PL so had hoped they would win - even though the whole Man City set stinks of sports washing etc

Well, I quite like our fixtures in the top 7 run-in.

Chelsea just won 2 on the bounce and could see them taking a point off the gooners at home.

City look like they are about to drop points regularly. Scouse have decent fixtures until City away.

Liverpool shouldn't drop any points until that City game. It's incredibly favourable for them.

They will be well up there this season.

Thought they would get 3 points at Brighton though..

tbh I couldn't give a fuck about the table right now. Just keep picking up points for now,

Agree picking up points is more important than position in table - but position in table shows us whether we are picking up similar, more or less points than our closest rivals.

Besides its more fun when our closest rivals need to look up to us in the table as they will need to do for next 2 weeks !

Getting the points at the moment is the main thing as we have seen even our best start for a long time only makes us top because of goals scored .All we can do obviously is keep winning as much as possible and hope the others start dropping points to gives us a bit of wriggle room and who knows how things play out after that .Next on the agenda beat Fulham .
