There’s definitely something fishy going on. I think I need to watch a few other games more closely to see if it happens to other teams because we seem to get kicked off the park every week. Yet with these stupid reds it does is no favours.
The offside rule was invented to stop goalhanging.
These days being roughly in line with the last outfield player should be enough. The last defender could be 30 meters away on the other side of the pitch yet seemingly playing a player on, and never likely to get you, but a goal is disallowed because a toe hair is over the line.
