He's a bit older & wiser. Perhaps his expectations would be different? Perhaps he would enjoy playing a part in a title challenge? Perhaps he would be banging them in for fun & play far more often than we imagine he would.
It's all speculation & forum musing. He won't be coming back. Nor will we be buying an Aguero type superstar in the "better than" category.
I like JD though. Great servant to THFC. And think he could still do a valuable job for us. Others disagree. No biggie.
