To see if they are as good as you think or better than you had hoped. To see their goal celebration or the passion they will bring. To consider and debate if they will add something to the jigsaw that was missing before.
That is not going to happen and it would be wrong as well to say it has been denied us but that's what it feels like at present.
It seems once again and like so many times on the pitch that if there is going to be one team that provide something different it will be us.
Time will soon tell if it will be envy or laughter that accompanies our transfer inactivity.
