We can also confirm the departures of Development Squad players Jamie Bowden, Kallum Cesay, Malachi Fagan-Walcott, Roshaun Mathurin, Marqes Muir and Romaine Mundle following the conclusion of their contracts.

Under-18s players Thomas Bloxham, Brandon Bryan-Waugh and Riley Owen have also departed following the conclusion of their scholarships.

We wish them all the best in the next stage of their careers.
Paskotsi, Robson, Maguire and Cassanova were the four names previously suggested could go that aren't on the list of departures

Happy to hear Rastrick is going/gone.

This season thought his touchline demeanour was very poor towards Jamie Donley (he was struggling and Rastrick was in his case, enough that Donley was visibly upset by him, it annoyed me hence I kept an eye on it).

Maybe he’d had enough and that was exuding, but still, we need someone the kids like playing for.

Implication is the development squad players staying for next season includes Soonsup-Bell, Devine, Parrott, Scarlett (all likely to be loaned out), Keeley, Maguire, Ashcroft, Sayers, Paskotsi, Craig, Robson, Santiago, and John (some may be loaned out, all others playing u21's next season) .

John, like Robson looked great 2 years ago but for different reasons has not looked great in last season or two, and might be considered lucky to be retained,

Bowden has had a bad injury this season and unlucky to be recalled from loan season before. Think he will be a top class pick up for someone.

No info on Lyons-Foster, thought his deal runs out this summer too. Reckon another extension?

Lyons Foster not included in the departures, but aged 22/23 its a surprise, Was reported to be on a trial with Colchester some months ago.
He was over age last season. I suppose it ain't a bad gig but you would think for his own future he would be looking to play 1st team football somewhere else.

Was checking the OS last night as my missus decided to catch up on all her soaps:

Dunno why the club does not announce some players leaving. Every year one or 2 go and the OS says nothing.
Shame about Mundle but let's see who he goes to.

Agree but I'm not sure its always clear cut at this stage of the season.

Alli Gold running a story this morning which says Nile John is still considering a contract offer - so atm, its his option whether to take a new contract or to leave and it would be usual in his position to be talking to or trialling for other clubs. So he's neither definitely going or definitely staying

We can all have our opinions on players and John, who looked very good as a winger/AM 2 years ago has looked pretty average in the last couple of seasons (and been unlucky with a loan to Charlton where he was given no playing time) doesn't look as if he's going to make it at Spurs, but aged 20 might just surprise us all.

The loan didn't do Nile John any favours. I guess it shows they have to be careful who gets loaned where.

This one I find a little bizarre, I had expected him to leave last summer, been injured much of this season but really unclear why Spurs would keep him on and possibly depriving one of the up and coming 2nd year Academy promoted to development squad this summer, game time in u21's.
